South Lyndale Liquors offers convenient local home delivery service! We require a minimum total of $25.00 for all delivery orders and a $5.00 handling charge will be assessed. Online orders for delivery will be fulfilled as quickly as possible, please call our store at 612-827-5811 if you require a scheduled time to receive a delivery. For large or special orders please contact one of our representatives at 612-827-5811 to place an order (additional handling charge may apply).

Winter Shipping Notice
Effective the Week of 11/17 South Lyndale Liquors will be holding all FedEx Ground and FedEx Home shipments with perishable products until temperatures are suitable to shipping. Orders containing no perishable products and all FedEx Express (3 day, 2 day and Overnight) will still ship normally. Ground and Home shipments will still be shipped by request (please add request to the comments box when ordering), but any damaged products are non returnable or refundable. We are happy to work with you to fulfill your order in the quickest and safest way possible, if you have any questions on perishable items or shipping methods, please contact the shipping department.

Most Fed Ex Ground® and Fed Ex Home Delivery® shipments will be held until the next Monday or Tuesday before shipping. This ensures delivery within the week, and avoids any shipments being stored in warehouses with poor climate control.
All shipments are subject to a shipping & handling charge based on the distance from our store in Minneapolis, MN. This cost covers all shipping, packaging, and the required signature fee. All shipments of wine and alcohol MUST be received by a person 21 years of age or older. A government issued picture ID is required to sign for any Fed Ex shipments of wine. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to South Lyndale Liquors at the buyer's expense. The cost of the order, less any shipping charges, can be credited back to the payment option used to make the purchase.
We standardly ship all orders using Fed Ex Ground® or Fed Ex Home Delivery®. Both of these services ship within one to five business days (three to seven business days for AK and HI). Fed Ex Home Delivery® will ship to any residence in the applicable states, and has an extended window of delivery (9am to 8pm). Please specify a time window in the comment section if selecting Fed Ex Home Delivery®.
South Lyndale proudly ships using recycled molded pulp shipping materials. This method is certified secure for shipping liquids in glass containers, is cost effective, and carries a lower economical impact than extruded polystyrene packaging.

Refunds and Cancellations
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of order.
- Any returns will be done at the expense of the customer.
- Orders refused, canceled, or otherwise requested as a return after the order has shipped will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Orders damaged in transit or items received in error should be reported to South Lyndale Liquors as soon as possible.
- In the event that your shipment is damaged in transit, it will most likely be returned to us by the carrier. You will be notified and a replacement shipment (if available) will be sent to you at no cost. If you receive a shipment containing any damaged products or incorrect products, please contact South Lyndale Liquors to arrange a replacement shipment.
- In the event that consent was given to ship an order containing perishable products while South Lyndale Liquors has declared a weather hold, products damaged due to temperature will not be accepted for a return or refund.

1 AK - Deliveries are limited to the Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, Ketchikan, Kodiak, Sitka, and Valdez areas only via FedEx Express. Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, Ketchikan, and Kodiak areas only via FedEx Ground. Shipping direct to consumers in the following Alaska ZIP codes is allowed.
